Outstanding job by Heritage Heating and Cooling
Heritage Heating and Cooling did an OUTSTANDING job. Their customer service was great. They communicated clearly and effectively every step of the way with texts, email, and if necessary, phone calls. The guys did an excellent job on the install! I had a major home install. They tore out the old AC unit, coils and all, and most of the duct work, installed a new unit, and reconstructed the duct, making the system run more efficiently and effectively. The job was done in three days, saving me a lot. I can't say enough about Jim, Larry, and all the team at Heritage. Thank you!

On one occasion, a tech came out right after we got a bunch of snow, slip-slided around our neighborhood before the plows ever made it to us, and had us up and running quick. Brian was very polite. I felt I received a very honest assessment of the situation. He fixed my immediate problem and showed me what to watch for in the future so I can plan for it. It came away a lot less expensive than I expected. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know needing HVAC service. Colin and Tyler followed up today and installed my new HVAC system. I cannot say enough compliments about these men and this company. The price was very reasonable. The men were very knowledgeable. They had to move my water heater out of their way to do the job and then reattach all of that (and didn’t complain at all). The job was finished before 4 pm (arrival time just after 8 am or so). They left the area spic and span clean. My house is nice and cozy while it’s 20 degrees outside.

I can’t recommend this company highly enough. We woke up this morning with our thermostat at 64 and falling. It is 27 degrees with snow falling outside and I have young kids in the house. They got us in today and were here earlier than anticipated. The issue was resolved and we were up and running very quickly. The technician was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The front office was as well when I called. They have our business if we ever need the help again. Also, they offer a military discount which they don’t have to, but it is incredibly kind to do.
