They communicated clearly and effectively every step of the way with texts, email, and if necessary, phone calls. The guys did an excellent job on the install! I had a major home install. They tore out the old AC unit, coils and all, and most of the duct work, installed a new unit, and reconstructed the duct, making the system run more efficiently and effectively. The job was done in three days, saving me a lot. I can't say enough about Jim, Larry, and all the team at Heritage. Thank you!
